Colours

What Are Colours?

It is used largely to impart colour in numerous foods and beverages including colas, soy sauce, seasonings, breads, pet foods, cereals, etc. It is also used in some cosmetic and non-food applications. At IFI we utilise a number of technologies to source our colours across both Lycopene and Caramel colorants.

Sethness Products Company and Sethness- Roquette are the makers of the world’s most premium caramel colour since 1880 and they have an exclusive Australian Partnership with IFI, with whom they have worked with for many years.

With the largest selection of liquid and powdered caramel products for a wide variety of food and beverage applications from the dark and cola-friendly class 4 (150d) caramel Colours down to the class 1 (150a) and minimally processed burnt sugars and onto an ever increasing range of aromatic caramels and caramelised sugar syrups, IFI offer an extensive line of products to fit every application need.
